Psychotherapy Rates & Payments
Initial diagnostic evaluation $275 per 55 minute session
Individual Psychotherapy $225 per 55 minute session
I accept all major credit cards. Payment due at time of service.
Cancellation policy: If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, you must notify me to cancel/reschedule the appointment prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $100 for the session. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-show, you will be charged $200.
Psychological Evaluation Rates & Payments
Comprehensive Psychological evaluation for ADHD is $2,998
Non-refundable $100 deposit required to schedule initial assessment
Payment plan options:
Option 1: Pay the full amount during the initial appointment.
Option 2: Split the payment into two parts, with 50% due at the first appointment and the remaining 50% payable two weeks after the initial session.
Option 3: Opt for a three-payment plan, dividing the assessment fee into session installments ($1,000 at initial assessment, $1,000 at testing session, $998 at feedback session)
