I’m So Glad You’re Here

You may feel like you have been suffering in silence, which has led you to feel isolated and alone.

Having support through talk therapy can enhance self-esteem, improve the ability to cope in stressful situations, and alleviate emotional distress.

I honor the courage you have to seek therapy and will help you feel seen and heard.

My Training Experiences

With a seasoned background of more than a decade in the psychology and mental health arena, my expertise lies in aiding adults who grapple with challenges such as anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, communication barriers, and familial disputes. My journey in clinical training began in the immersive environment of graduate school, where I engaged in a variety of enriching experiences. During this time, I provided individual psychotherapy in a college counseling setting, delivered emergency mental health assessments in a high-stakes hospital environment, and facilitated both group and one-on-one psychotherapy in several psychiatric inpatient settings. Integral to my development were opportunities to perform comprehensive neuropsychological and forensic evaluations, broadening my expertise.

A central tenet of my professional ethos is a commitment to antiracism and the delivery of services that are culturally informed and sensitive to the needs of diverse populations. Cultivating culturally competent care is a cornerstone in my practice as a clinical psychologist, reflecting a dedication to equity and inclusivity in mental health.
