Meet Dr. White

As a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I embrace a multifaceted professional life. At the heart of my work is my virtual private practice, which is focused on administering comprehensive psychological evaluations and providing psychotherapy to MA, NH, VT, and FL residents. My services are uniquely tailored for adults aged 20 to 40 who are navigating the complexities of anxiety, trauma, communication challenges, familial and relationship issues, as well as those seeking to better prioritize their own well-being. In addition to my practice, I hold a position as Adjunct Faculty at the Boston University School of Medicine, where I contribute to the Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine Program. When I step back from my professional duties, I enjoy spending time with my dog (Steven), hiking, puzzling, reading, and traveling.

My Therapy Approach

Through our work together, I will encourage you to explore how your early life experiences may continue to have an impact on you today. Together, we will work to identify the underlying causes of your struggles, identify treatment goals, and develop practical strategies to promote positive change. I believe in a holistic and versatile approach to therapy, incorporating elements from a variety of evidence-based practices. Methods such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), along with mindfulness techniques, are tools I employ to adapt our therapy sessions to suit your individual needs and preferences. My overarching goal is to ensure that our therapeutic experience is not just effective but also deeply resonant and transformative on a personal level.

Taking the first step toward therapy can be daunting and I am here to support you.

You don’t have to continue living in constant fear of your anxiety.

I can help you gain more control and a deeper understanding of your anxietyso you can live the life you want to lead.
